What We Offer

· Competitive salary: $50,000 per year

About the Role

· Your adaptability will be key in seamlessly navigating conversations with homeowners, contractors, and team members at every level

· We will count on your emotional resilience to serve as a trusted listener and advisor for frustrated clients and stressed colleagues

· You will take the lead on independently developing solutions to client concerns without constant oversight, using your self-sufficient nature

· Your initiative and follow-through will be essential in proactively reaching out to clients at critical project milestones before issues arise

· We will rely on your attention to detail to maintain organized client records and ensure nothing falls through the cracks in our communication

· Customers will appreciate your loyalty and relationship-building skills as you transform them into lifelong advocates and referral sources

· You will serve as the communication bridge between our sales team, operations crew, and clients for seamless project coordination

· Your critical thinking abilities will be key in anticipating client needs and addressing concerns before they escalate into larger problems

· We will count on your team-building spirit to check drama at the door and actively foster camaraderie among departments

· You will take ownership of service recovery situations , turning challenging moments into opportunities that exceed client expectations

· Your self-motivation and high energy will be essential in maintaining positive interactions even during demanding periods and occasional extended hours

Qualifications and Previous Experience

· Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt tone and approach for different audiences

· Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail

· Experience in customer service, client relations, or account management preferred

· Familiarity with basic software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems

· Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure

· Must have a valid driver's license and clean record

· Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments

· Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders and departments

· Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
