What You'll Do:

As a Parts Counter Professional, you will be a key part of our Fixed Operations team by:

• Assisting service technicians and advisors with accurate and timely parts orders.
• Providing excellent customer service to retail and wholesale parts customers.
• Maintaining strong inventory accuracy and organization.
• Looking up parts using Nissan systems and catalogs.
• Ensuring parts are pulled, staged, and delivered efficiently to keep the shop moving.
• Supporting our service department in maintaining fast repair times and great customer experiences.
• Processing parts invoices and maintaining clean documentation.

What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, organization, and a team-first attitude .
Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with technicians and customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems.
• A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.
