Overview:

Body Dynamics is expanding and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for our outpatient orthopedics practice in Falls Church, VA. This leadership role requires full-time availability and a passion for both clinical excellence and team management.

Caseload / Patient Population:

You will treat a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, including sports injuries, pre- and post-operative care, and patients at diverse fitness levels focused on conditioning and injury prevention. Our clinic primarily serves general orthopedics.

We value a compassionate, team-oriented PT with strong manual therapy skills. Comprehensive onboarding ensures you’ll feel fully supported in this role.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position

• Clinic open Monday through Saturday

• Flexible scheduling options including 4-day 10-hour shifts or 5-day 8-hour shifts

• No weekends or major holidays required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience and certifications, ranging from $70,000 to $200,000 (dependent on clinic performance)

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)

• Full-time availability

• Minimum 5 years leadership/management experience required

• Experience or exposure to out-of-network billing preferred

• Eligible for Virginia PT licensure

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions
