Typical Shift Hours are within the below time periods:

· Afternoon Flex: 12p-8p (1200-2000)

· Evening: 5p-12a (1700-0000)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal level of sanitation and safety standards in work area at all times
• Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces for food preparation
• Willing to adjust your schedule to help cover flex shifts or special events
• Maintain and operate all large cooking equipment such as pizza oven, dough roller, dough mixer, fryers
• Manage all food order tickets, administer all verbal instructions, and perform all cooking requirements as per instructed
• Prepare all food materials required for cooking such as cutting vegetables, precooking meats, and making our special beer batter dough
• Monitor and ensure exact measurements of ingredients for all food items to ensure consistency
• Prepare all package food items and ensure proper serving temperatures

Compensation:

· Negotiable base wage rate dependent on experience

· Quantifiable performance based rate increases
