Maintenance Technician

Do you have RECENT experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment? Are you completely comfortable with $32-$33/hr PLUS benefits?? Are you able to work 3rd shift from 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Pay: $30.00+ per hour (based on experience) + $3.00 shift differential Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems
• Perform routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance on all machinery
• Operate man lifts and forklifts; transport heavy parts and equipment
• Maintain equipment, parts inventory, and CMMS work orders
• Fabricate metal parts and perform welding as required
• Perform electrical repairs including AC/DC drives, HMI screens, and motors
• Complete general facility and grounds maintenance as needed
• Participate in safety programs and maintain compliance with all safety standards

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hand and power tools, electrical systems, and manufacturing equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working weekends

Skills

• hydraulic and pneumatic (5 years of experience is required)
• electrical and PLC (5 years of experience is required)
• Preventative Maintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)
