Human Resource Assistant
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Assistant in Chantilly, VA. Duties:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with the coordination of employee training and development programs
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Office Management experience
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
