About Us:

Bayside Concrete is a growing concrete contractor specializing in high-quality structural and commercial concrete projects across southeastern Virginia. We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager/Corporate Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing bids and executing successful, on-budget projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and proposals for concrete construction projects

• Manage awarded projects through planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Monitor job progress, budgets, change orders, and RFIs

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards

• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in concrete estimating and/or project management

• Proficient in estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Sage) and Microsoft Office

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Virginia construction markets is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
