We are looking for OPT and H4EAD's Interested for c2c marketing, nationwide

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe programs using COBOL, JCL, IMS, and DB2 .
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Review and interpret business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical specifications.
• Design and implement batch jobs and workflows, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and participate in code reviews and peer walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end project delivery.
• Ensure all processes and documentation comply with internal standards and external audit requirements.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and system maintenance activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in COBOL programming in a mainframe environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience in JCL (Job Control Language)and batch processing.
• Experience working with IMS (Information Management System)for hierarchical data management and transaction processing.
• Strong command of DB2for data modeling, writing complex SQL, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Endevor, Changeman, or similar).
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
