In-Home HVAC Sales Representative

We have an immediate opening for a motivated In-Home HVAC Sales Representative .

What We Offer Annual Earning Potential: $100K+ (base + uncapped commission + spiffs)

Hours: Full-time (avg. 40 hours/week). Some evenings and weekends required based on customer needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer comfort needs and provide effective solutions.
• Present proposals and close sales using our established sales system.
• Highlight the advantages of high-efficiency systems, accessory products, and current promotions.
• Generate quotes, manage follow-up, and guide customers through the buying process.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding service and communication.
• Keep up with the latest HVAC products and technology trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous sales experience preferred (HVAC/home services a plus)
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners in their residences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy and able to use tablets and company software
• Positive mindset and strong work ethic
