System Administrator TS/SCI

We are seeking a System Administrator to support the Computer Emergency Notification System (CENS) and related emergency communication platforms. This role provides technical support, systems and application administration, and ensures compliance with system security standards in a classified environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the CENS application and database
• Facilitate technical troubleshooting through vendors or internal support channels
• Perform Windows workstation and network troubleshooting
• Execute server administration, including builds, upgrades, and command console tasks
• Monitor server health and ensure consistent availability for end users
• Support upgrades and maintenance of Windows and BlackBerry AtHoc IWS-Alerts systems
• Troubleshoot OS, software, and hardware issues
• Conduct weekly database updates and monthly system health checks
• Maintain detailed logs of errors, failures, and system downtimes
• Assist with OS and application patching and upgrades
• Train users on system functionality and ensure proper usage
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Maintain and update group policies, database structures, and security audits
• Ensure compliance with system security policies and accreditation requirements
• Submit infrastructure provisioning requests (compute, storage, database, SharePoint, Tableau)

Must Have's:

• Active and maintained Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance (willingness to obtain CI polygraph)
• 10 years of systems administration experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Administration
• Proficiency in MS Exchange Server 2019
• Experience with Windows 10, Server 2016/2019/2022
• Familiarity with Blackberry AtHoc IWS-Alerts software
• Knowledge of Windows Server Administration
• Current Security+ Certification

Nice to Have's:

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree
• Microsoft Systems Administrator Certification
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with RSA Authentication Management
• Printer support and maintenance
• Familiarity with NGA’s Certification & Accreditation process
• Knowledge of Xacta 360

$135,000–$170,000
