As a Concrete Laborer, you will work alongside experienced Foremen and crew members on concrete repair and leveling projects, including PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and learning valuable skills in the construction and home repair industry.
What You Would Do:

• Assist the Foreman and crew with concrete leveling, lifting, sealing, and repair projects.
• Help prepare job sites, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support the application of PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair products.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Perform physical labor on residential concrete repair projects.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
• Help maintain tools, trucks, and equipment.
• Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.
• Attend team meetings and safety meetings as required.

What We Need for This Role:

• Previous construction, concrete, or general labor experience is preferred.
• Concrete leveling or repair experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependability and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to commute to Manassas, VA.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: No less than 40 per week
