Position Summary
We are hiring a Maintenance Mechanic Trainee to learn and support the maintenance of high-speed filling, packaging, and automated material handling equipment. This is a full-time, hands-on role with structured training under experienced mechanics, offering real career growth in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

· Learn mechanical and electrical functions of filling and packaging equipment

· Assist with preventive maintenance and basic equipment repairs

· Clean, lubricate, and calibrate machinery

· Respond to emergency maintenance calls and help identify root causes

· Maintain clean, safe, and audit-ready conditions

· Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively

Qualifications

· Interest in long-term career in maintenance or manufacturing

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and time-management skills

· Experience or interest in mechanical, electro-mechanical, or auto/diesel mechanics preferred
