The Director of Rehabilitation Nursing Services – will guide care within a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing facility that provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a warm, home-like setting designed to maximize recovery, dignity, and independence. The Director of Rehabilitation Nursing Services – will report to an engaged Administrator and collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary leadership council, guiding a friendly team of nurses, CNAs, therapists, social workers, activities professionals, dietary services, pharmacy partners, and consulting physicians. The Director of Rehabilitation Nursing Services – will ensure compliance with regulatory statutes, standards of care, and competency standards; maintain optimal staffing with well-prepared personnel; and orchestrate comprehensive care plans in partnership with rehabilitation, social services, activities, dietary, pharmacy, and medical providers to deliver seamless, individualized care.

The Director of Rehabilitation Nursing Services – will implement policies and procedures that elevate resident and employee safety, drive adherence to health and infection-prevention protocols, and sustain new-hire and annual employee health testing compliance. The Director of Rehabilitation Nursing Services – will engage in professional development, in-service education, and committee work; lead a robust quality assurance and performance improvement program; coordinate plans of care across inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, hospice, physician services, and PACE partners; align Assisted Living services and programs; collaborate closely with the Medical Director; and oversee orientation, task assignment, supervision, staffing, and training for direct reports.
