Description:
Walmart is seeking a dedicated AP Team Lead to join the Accounts Payable team at our Richmond, TX location. This role is responsible for leading AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and financial records, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The AP Team Lead will also supervise team members, provide guidance, and support continuous improvement in workflow efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Supervise and support AP team members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting as required
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve AP-related issues and discrepancies

Compensation and Benefits:
