About Keymont Community Management
Keymont Community Management is a people-first, full-service association management company serving HOA, condominium, and co-op communities across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. With over 20 years of local expertise and a long-tenured team, we're known for high-touch, responsive service that builds real relationships and protects long-term property values. We hold two of the industry's highest credentials (AAMC and AMO), and we're growing.
Compensation & Benefits

- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) or retirement savings plan
- Paid time off, holidays, and paid professional development
- Company support for CAI membership and certification pursuit
The Role
You'll own day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential community associations, serving as the primary point of contact for boards, homeowners, and vendors. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on juggling competing priorities, knows HOA governance inside and out, and takes pride in running tight operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations across a portfolio of HOA/condo/townhome communities, including maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, and facility management
- Conduct regular property inspections; document compliance issues and follow through to resolution
- Serve as the primary liaison for boards of directors, homeowners, and committees; attend and facilitate board and annual meetings
- Prepare and distribute board packets, agendas, meeting minutes, and monthly financial reports
- Assist in developing and presenting annual operating budgets and reserve funding plans; monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts
- Review and approve vendor invoices for budget compliance and accurate coding
- Advise boards on compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and industry best practices
- Enforce community rules, deed restrictions, and insurance/risk management processes consistently
What We're Looking For (Required)
- 2–5 years of experience in property management, specifically with HOAs, condominiums, or multi-family residential communities
- Demonstrated experience managing board relationships and facilitating board/annual meetings
- Working knowledge of association governance, community financials, and building systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site property inspections in the Fairfax area
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for board/annual meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to boards and homeowners
Nice to Have
- Professional certification: CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® (or active pursuit of one)
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Vantaca, TOPS, Buildium, AppFolio)
- Experience supervising on-site staff or assistants
