PP&E Specialist (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
  • Maintain PP&E records by tracking acquisitions, transfers, and disposals; validating capitalization vs. expense; and performing periodic reconciliations between the GL and property systems/trackers.
  • Execute asset valuation and compliance activities (e.g., depreciation reviews, valuation support, audit requests).
  • Provide advice on the adequacy (or creation) of policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required :
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 5+ years of experience related to fixed assets/PP&E tracking, valuation, and policy
  • 2+ years of experience within intelligence community
  • 5+ years of experience with IT invoices and purchase orders
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professional to co-locate in person 5 days per week in McLean, VA
