Virginia Beach OB/GYN - Full Time NP or PA

Our affiliated practice is seeking a Full Time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Virginia Beach OB/GYN team. Virginia Beach Obstetrics and Gynecology has been serving the healthcare needs of Virginia Beach women for over 50 years.

Position Highlights:

• • Well-established practice of experienced physicians
  • Group consists of 12 OBGYNs, 2 Urogynecologists, 1 GYN only, 4 Nurse Practitioners
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Manageable and diverse patient Census - averaging 22 patients/day
  • Three office locations in Virginia Beach - full service clinics including ultrasound & physical therapy

Requirements:

• National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain

• Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain

• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

• CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain

• Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans

• Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff

• Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician

• One year of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
