We are seeking Production Associates to join our team!!
Schedule:
Mon-Fri (5 days a week): 6pm-6am
Pay rate: $16.00/hr
Hourly pay is 16.00 with 30 plus overtime hours a week
Production Associate's Duties and Responsibilities
- Feed raw materials into production machinery
- Assemble goods on production line
- Monitor the production process
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks
- Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
- Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
- Pack goods to be shipped
- Maintain work areas and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Will be standing by a continually moving conveyor to spread and inspect goods
- Remove scrap product from both sides of convey or belt and put into inedible barrel
- Product is packed off on a running conveyor into boxes weighing 35 to 50 lbs depending on product
- Boxes are then pushed down a running conveyor from scale, closed and pushed through tape machine and stacked on skids to a height of between 4 to 6 feet
Job Qualifications for the Production Associate Opportunity:
- Gives attention to detail and follows instructions
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Effective time management; maximizes productivity.
- HS Diploma
- Must be willing to be clean shaven
- No jewelry (Including Facial & Ear Piercings)
Physical Demands for the Production Associate position :
- Ability to lift weight 50 lbs or so pounds and sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the warehouse.
