Human Resource Coordinator
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinates job postings, background checks, and applicant tracking (AA/EEO). Conducts new hire orientations and processes legal/tax paperwork (I-9, W-4).
- Data & Records Management: Maintains accurate personnel files and updates employee information within the HRIS.
- Payroll & Personnel Actions: Verifies hours, tracks PTO/leaves, and processes role, pay, and location changes.
- Safety & Workers' Comp: Assists with injury reporting, OSHA logs, drug testing coordination, and safety materials.
- Employee Relations: Supports company events, charitable campaigns, and programs like tuition assistance and EAPs.
- Education: High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Human Resources or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Certification preferred) and HRIS data entry.
- Physical: Ability to sit, stand, walk, type, and lift up to 20 lbs.
