Vice President of Operations Lead the Future of Transportation

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and elevate performance in the Dulles market.

This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing operational strategy, driving performance excellence, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery—all while aligning local operations with the company’s broader strategic growth objectives.

As Vice President of Operations , you will:

• Provide strategic direction and oversight across all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustained profitability
• Drive operational excellence through performance management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making
• Cultivate and maintain high-impact relationships with clients, partners, and key community stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, including internal staff and independent contractor drivers
• Oversee fleet management operations, ensuring optimal utilization, safety, and maintenance standards
• Champion compliance, safety, and training initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and market expansion initiatives
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service while meeting contractual obligations and customer expectations
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization

• 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving operational performance, financial results, and business growth
• Strong executive presence with exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and execute effectively at all organizational levels
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to operational excellence
