**Press Brake Operator – Job Description
**
Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Press Brake Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and being a team player. The ideal candidate shows up ready to learn, maintains a humble attitude, and consistently puts in solid effort each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust press brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support team members and production goals
- Follow all safety standards and shop procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Hardworking, dependable, and team‑oriented individuals
- Humble attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Press brake experience preferred
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $18–$24 per hour , depending on experience
