Client Services Associate
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, building sustainable relationships through responsive and professional communication.
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, actively listen to client needs and provide helpful solutions to their concerns.
- Act as liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and service.
- Answer phones professionally, direct callers to appropriate personnel and attorneys.
- Meet personal and Client Service team targets and call handling quotas.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years preferred experience answering and taking phone calls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior organizational and multitasking abilities with time management.
- Capacity to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
