- Job-Specific Insights The Hampton Roads District is seeking an Engineer Senior Project Manager for the District Major Projects Design Section. As an Engineer Senior Project Manager, you would provide a professional level of experience in project management and technical leadership for the design and coordination of major transportation facilities, including studies, and the development of highway, right of way, and construction plans and specifications. This position will oversee the development of Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Projects. The position will manage overall project scopes/schedules/budgets and apply project management philosophy to meet programmed schedules and budgetary objectives.
