Promotional Outreach Representative - Entry Level

What You’ll Do

As a Promotional Outreach Representative, you’ll work directly at public-facing events to engage community members, share campaign messaging, and create positive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live events and promotional activations

• Share information about campaigns, services, and community initiatives

• Assist with event setup, logistics, registrations, and material distribution

• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to ensure smooth event execution

• Gather feedback, track interactions, and provide insights for campaign improvement

• Handle on-site challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach

• Maintain an enthusiastic, professional, and approachable presence at all events

• Available for some evening and weekend events

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
