Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP in Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidate
- Experience or strong interest in teletherapy and on-site services
- Comfortable providing services for middle school-aged students (Grade 6-8)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 55 middle school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Utilize a variety of therapy modalities, including teletherapy and in-person sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor, document, and report student progress toward IEP goals
