We are an established accounting firm seeking an all-encompassing tax preparer to join our team.

While providing professional services to Individuals, S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Estates, Trusts, and Non-Profits, we are dedicated to providing expert advice to the entrepreneurial-minded clientele.

The ideal candidate will have A MINIMUM of 5 years of experience working as a Tax Preparer in an established tax environment. The ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients; strong, concise, clear written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, flexibility, and an internal drive to meet deadlines.

Any candidate applying for this position must possess excellent attention to detail, a keen sense of organization, a sharp ability to time-manage and prioritize tasks.

Experience with Lacerte and QuickBooks software is preferred.

Other qualifications and knowledge requirements include:
- 4 Year Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong computer and research skills, including experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with co-workers and clients
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivation, flexibility, and an internal drive to meet deadlines
- A positive and professional attitude

- Federal/State/Local income tax returns preparation for Individuals, S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Estates, Trusts, and Non-Profits

- Tax compliance and tax planning services
- Tax research
- Interaction with clients
- Financial statements preparation (QuickBooks)
