Corporate Communications Officer - TS/SCI Required

Overall Assignment Description:

This position supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The candidate will support the Source Operation's corporate communications program. Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, and deliver Source communications that support the business process. Assist in developing, coordinating, and executing a strategic communications and marketing plan and develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services Source provides. Assist in the assessment of communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions. Be responsible for crafting/providing briefings and helping other members of the Communications Team. Create, edit, and/or review briefings and other communitive documents for consistency and clarity of message.

Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience:

• Minimum of 11 years of experience with strategic communications, corporate communications, event management, marketing, and/or partner engagement
• BA or BS degree
• Experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision makers at the executive level for strategi communications decisions.
• Experience in editing
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to work closely with senior executive leaders

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process
• Experience in presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences
• Experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment
• Familiarity with the mission and operations of the National Geospatial-intelligence Agency

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
