The NPI Lead will architect and drive a unified, company-wide approach to new product readiness and execution, anchored in Cellebrite’s NPI process phases: Planning, Execution, and Launch. - Proactively redirect teams and adjust scope or timelines when deliverables fall behind or diverge from plan—providing clear guidance and firm program leadership.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, identify risks early, and lead structured mitigation strategies.
- Provide crisp, executive-level communication and updates through dashboards, status reviews, and steering committee sessions.
Collaboration with Launch Workstream
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, which leads the Launch phase, ensuring alignment on readiness criteria, messaging, enablement, pricing, packaging, quoting and GTM activities.
- Oversee the readiness lifecycle, ensuring deliverables across Product, R&D, and GTM teams are met prior to Launch workstream activation.
Launch Readiness & Post-Launch Excellence
- Ensure each major release meets defined readiness requirements, including documentation, training, operational preparation, and customer-facing assets.
- Track post-launch performance, customer feedback, adoption, and quality to inform future improvements.
- Drive retrospectives and institutional learning across each NPI phase.
- Global Collaboration
- Build strong, productive relationships with global R&D and Product teams, ensuring transparency, trust, and aligned execution.
- Travel internationally as needed to accelerate major program milestones and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
