Director of Events, Operations, Programming

Randstad is partnering with the Executive Director of a local community non-profit, seeking a high-impact leader to transform the historic campus into a high-performing, revenue-generating destination. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in the Woodbridge area of Virginia offering a salary between $85-100,000 with meaningful performance-based incentives. Benefits include 85% covered health, vision, and dental, 2 weeks of PTO, flex time and 1-2 remote days a week, 401k offered, discounts on classes and programs and vesting on day one for benefits.

Responsibilities

High-impact leadership opportunity partnering with the Executive Director. The Director of Campus Operations & Sales will lead campus, program, event operations. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team and make a direct impact in the community.

This is a "blank canvas" role for a strategic operator ready to:

• Drive Revenue: Own the full rental/event lifecycle and develop sales strategies to optimize campus utilization.
• Build Systems: Professionalize operations by implementing dynamic tracking and inventory management systems.
• Lead Growth: Manage a cross-functional team and architect a year-round campus activation plan.
