PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in Front Royal, VA. As a full-time Physical Therapist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a positive impact on their lives. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals - Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes - Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' strength, mobility, and function - Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy - Maintain accurate and organized patient records - Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care Requirements: - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care - Familiarity with electronic medical records systems We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
