The Director of Childwatch is responsible for leading and managing the Childwatch program to provide a safe, engaging, and positive environment for members’ children while parents participate in camps. This role oversees daily operations, staff performance, and program quality to ensure exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Childwatch staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized childcare environment in compliance with all policies and regulations
• Develop age-appropriate activities and routines for children
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with members and their families
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures and ensure accurate attendance tracking
• Handle parent communication, feedback, and any incidents professionally
• Monitor staffing levels and labor efficiency
• Ensure team adherence to Burn Boot Camp standards and culture

Qualifications:

• Experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related field
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for working with children and supporting families
• Must pass background check
