Front of House (FOH) Team Member

The Chick-fil-A Chantilly Air and Space location is seeking full-time and part-time hospitality professionals! The Front of house (FOH) Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to be a hospitality professional. You will be out front and guest facing. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Completing tasks and ensuring that products and guest experience are consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture and the Operator’s vision.
• Work with urgency to complete tasks efficiently and achieve operational excellence in all that you do.
• Preparing, assembling and serving products to food stations according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
• Stand for periods of up to 5 hours in length
• Basic mathematical and measurement skills
• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care.
• Always courteously greet guests.
• Unloading delivery trucks supplies and placing in proper storage area
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds
• Maintaining a well-groomed and clean appearance and always dressing professional
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and inspection standards
• Assembling, cleaning, maintaining and operating equipment: ice cream machine, soda drink fountains, lemonade and tea, and coffee machines, etc
• Fulfill other duties as required to assist team members and leadership with necessary tasks
