Roofing Service Helpers work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with roof repairs, maintenance, inspections, and replacement projects for both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial roofing repairs and maintenance
• Carry materials, tools, and equipment safely onto job sites
• Support roof inspections and maintenance services
• Help maintain safe and organized job sites
• Work alongside service technicians to complete projects efficiently
• Learn about various roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, flat roofing, and metal roofing
• Interact professionally with customers and property managers
• Follow company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work within a team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Prior roofing or construction experience (preferred)
• Basic hand tools such as a drill and hammer (preferred)
• Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions (preferred)
• Desire to learn a skilled trade and grow professionally (preferred)

Compensation

Starting pay: From $20/hour, based on experience
