Entry Level Event Assistant

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team and support live events, fundraising campaigns, and community engagement initiatives .

In this role, you’ll help bring our clients’ missions and brands to life through interactive, face-to-face events that engage communities, attract donors, and inspire action. Our team partners with national nonprofits and socially responsible organizations to increase awareness, foster connections, and drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of live promotional events and fundraising campaigns
• Represent clients at community events, retail venues, and pop-up activations
• Engage with the public to share campaign messages and inspire participation or donations
• Maintain organized and professional event display areas
• Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and providing information
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and performance goals
• Support event logistics, including inventory, signage, and materials management
• Learn and apply marketing communication and event management techniques

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys engaging with new people
• Energetic, positive, and professional attitude
• Motivated, adaptable, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work in fast-paced, on-site event environments
• Willingness to travel locally for events and promotional activities
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not necessary
