Shape the day-to-day flow of our fleet
Picture your morning: you review the day’s orders, line up drivers with the right routes, and set timelines that keep everything moving. Throughout the day you’re the communications hub—fielding calls and messages from drivers, teammates, and customers—tracking ETAs, adjusting plans when conditions change, and keeping operations running smoothly and safely. If you love orchestrating moving parts and staying two steps ahead, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll do- Build and release daily run plans, routes, and driver assignments
- Serve as the central point of contact for drivers, internal staff, and customers
- Track routes, time windows, and pick-up/drop-off milestones to keep service on time
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and operational reports
- Troubleshoot schedule conflicts and transportation challenges as they occur
- Uphold company policies and safety protocols
- Jump in on general office and operations tasks as needed
- Exceptional organization and clear, confident communication
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort with basic computer systems and data entry
- Background in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or admin (preferred)
- Resourceful problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, consistent attendance
