Remote Client Support Specialist
We're seeking a motivated Remote Client Care Specialist to provide professional support and assist clients through a structured, team-supported workflow. In this fully remote role, you'll help coordinate client requests, manage communication, and ensure a smooth and organized experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients under assigned leadership while providing friendly, professional assistance
- Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate communication
- Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, updates, and follow-ups as needed
- Maintain organized records and documentation of client interactions
- Assist with workflow coordination to help ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service, support, or client-facing experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
