Location : 100% Remote (Must pick up equipment IN PERSON if selected)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ERP Applications Analyst to join our team on a short-term, 3-month contract to support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role will primarily focus on preparing for system go-live, assisting with post-go-live stabilization, and providing ongoing support for end users. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is required.

Please note : This is not a systems development role, and we are not seeking developers for this position.

Key Responsibilities

October Pre-Go-Live Preparation

• System Readiness & Validation

  • Assist with end-to-end testing (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Integrations).

  • Validate role assignments, workflow configurations, and segregation of duties.

  • Support mock cutover activities and data migration validation.

• Issue Tracking & Resolution

  • Log, triage, and escalate issues to the implementation team or Oracle Support as needed.

  • Document recurring issues and create quick reference guides for business users.

• Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Support the creation and review of job aids for system navigation and common transactions.

  • Act as a liaison between IT and functional subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring effective communication between technical and business teams.

  • Provide assistance with Oracle Fusion ERP functional processes as needed.

• Cutover Planning Support

  • Validate technical steps in the cutover checklist.

  • Confirm user provisioning and workflow approvals.

  • Assist with data reconciliation and trial runs for file transfers (training will be provided).

November January Post-Go-Live Hypercare & Stabilization

• User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as Level 2 support for ServiceNow tickets (access issues, transaction errors, workflow bottlenecks).

  • Troubleshoot integration errors and escalate critical defects to Oracle Support or the Implementor as necessary.

• System Monitoring & Maintenance

  • Monitor scheduled jobs and integrations within Oracle Cloud ERP.

  • Validate file transfers between various systems (training will be provided). Familiarity with Oracle ERP and file transfer processes is beneficial.

• Business Support & Adoption

  • Provide ongoing end-user support for Oracle ERP issues.

  • Develop FAQs and troubleshoot common "how-to" questions.

  • Identify training gaps and suggest additional sessions to reinforce user knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP : 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

• ERP Functional Knowledge : 3+ years of experience in ERP functional roles.

• ERP Modules :

  • General Ledger (GL): 3+ years of experience.

  • Accounts Payable (AP): 3+ years of experience.

  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Highly preferred.

  • Procurement: Highly preferred.

• End-User Support : 4+ years of experience in providing end-user support.

• ServiceNow or Similar Ticketing System : 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.

• Oracle Cloud Certifications : Preferred but not required.

Additional Information

• This is a remote position, but candidates must be able to pick up equipment in person if selected.

• The assignment is for a fixed duration of 3 months, with no expectation of an extension.
