Fulfillment Specialist - Mechanicsville, VA - $15/hr

Overview:

The Fulfillment Specialist ensures accurate processing and shipping of customer orders at a Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions.
• Track inventory using RF scanning for inbound and outbound items.
• Verify orders and update inventory systems accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to quality standards set by management.

Essential Requirements:

• Flexible to work various shifts.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform physical tasks (pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years in retail, centralized services, or fulfillment.
• Experience with RF scanning and inventory systems (6+ months).
• Ability to operate motorized material handling equipment (6+ months).
• Open to Entry-level candidates or freshers with no experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Mechanicsville, VA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
