OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Reston, VA by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Key Duties:
- Pilot modern flatbed tractors with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs.
- Secure and tarp freight following industry safety standards.
- Maintain precise logs and inspection records.
