School Bus Aftermarket Equipment Installer
- Install aftermarket equipment on school buses which include
- Multi-camera systems (interior & exterior)
- DVRs, monitors, and wiring harnesses
- Sensors, GPS, and other safety accessories
- Route, secure, and terminate wiring cleanly and safely
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation instructions
- Test systems for proper operation and compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company standards
- communicate effectively with supervisors
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of camera systems, DVRs, and multiplex wiring
- ASE, EVT, or similar certifications a plus
- Previous upfitting or aftermarket installation experience
