WORK REQUIREMENTS : • The Contractor shall work closely with the Sponsor's product owner and program manager to deliver user stories necessary to realize product vision. • The Contractor shall coordinate with multiple entities, including mission partners, to ensure tools meet defined requirements. • The Contractor shall apply DevOps principles and philosophies to continuously deliver high value enhancements to software in a service-based architecture. • The Contractor shall ensure all application security vulnerabilities are addressed as appropriate by severity to maintain security accreditation. • The Contractor shall maintain all source code in Sponsor-wide, remote Git repository. • The Contractor shall design, develop or maintain SQL-based databases. Systems Engineering (DevOps); HRR: No • The Contractor shall coordinate with multiple entities, including mission partners, to ensure tools meet defined requirements. • The Contractor shall apply DevOps principles and philosophies to continuously deliver high value enhancements to software in a service-based architecture. • The Contractor shall ensure all application security vulnerabilities are addressed as appropriate by severity to maintain security accreditation. • The Contractor shall support data engineering efforts to analyze large data sets to derive data relationships. • The Contractor shall maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot various codebases deployed in a multi-cloud environment. • The Contractor shall maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, hardware and networks. • The Contractor shall design, develop or maintain SQL-based databases.

Required Skills:

1. Software Engineering Support (~2): 2. Demonstrated experience leveraging a background in programming, software tools and packages, operating systems, and networking to solve collection needs in multi-cloud environments. 3. Demonstrated experience managing and developing software applications in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc.). 4. Demonstrated experience with Python. 5. Demonstrated experience with the ability to listen and transcribe from mission need to technical requirements. 6. Demonstrated experience with assessing project requirements and making informed technical recommendations. 7. Demonstrated experience developing and documenting scripts on Linux platforms. 8. Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining SQL-based databases, including PostgreSQLand MySQL. 9. Demonstrated experience developing PL/SQL database scripts, including procedures, functions, exception handlers, and triggers. 10. Demonstrated experience writing and tuning complex queries against structured and unstructured data sets. 11. Demonstrated experience developing, documenting, and maintaining secure and scalable REST APIs. 12. Demonstrated experience integrating services using messaging technologies, including service buses, publish and subscribe, and MQ. 13. Demonstrated experience working with geo-locational data at both the backend and the application tier. 14. Demonstrated experience developing software in a DevOps environment. 15. Demonstrated experience maintaining Jenkins Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with automated testing and deployment. 16. Demonstrated experience using Git as a source code repository. 17. Systems Engineering DevOps Support (~2): 18. Demonstrated experience working with ElasticSearch. 19. Demonstrated experience using AWS to include S3, EBS, and EC2. 20. Demonstrated experience in platform and application automated deployment. 21. Demonstrated experience in cloud deployment, DevOps, containerization, web service and API management, and computing optimization. 22. Demonstrated experience in cloud database, storage, virtualization, and network configurations 23. Demonstrated experience implementing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines to support a multi-tenant environment. 24. Demonstrated experience incorporating automated software quality checks, security scanning, infrastructure-as-code, and other modern DevSecOps tools and practices. 25. Demonstrated experience working within cloud computing environments, Linux and Unix-based operating systems, and using ElasticSearch and Kibana. 26. Demonstrated experience using requirements tracking programs such as JIRA or Confluence. 27. Demonstrated experience maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, and managing software, hardware and networks. 28. Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools. 29. Demonstrated experience monitoring system performance and troubleshooting.

Desired Skills:

1. Demonstrated experience working with big data processing and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, MapReduce, and HBase. 2. Demonstrated experience with Apache NiFi. 3.
