What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review a variety of individual tax returns (1040s), including those with investment income, rental properties, multi-state tax, and estate/trust considerations.


• Meet with clients to support tax planning strategies for clients, offering solutions to optimize their tax situation.


• Participate in client meetings, building relationships with both existing clients and prospects.


• Learn from senior tax professionals and tax managers to further develop your technical expertise.


• Mentor and share knowledge with junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.


• Provide proactive communication with clients, addressing their tax-related concerns and planning needs.

What You Bring:

✔ Minimum 2+ years of of tax preparation and planning experience at a regional CPA firm.
✔ Strong desire to develop client relationships and provide valuable tax planning consulting.
✔ CPA license preferred, or a strong commitment to pursuing the CPA exam.
✔ Solid knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on both individual and business tax returns.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior professionals and junior staff.
✔ Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
