This role combines office coordination, employee support, and light recruiting , making it perfect for someone who is organized, people-focused, and ready to build a career in the staffing industry.
What You’ll Do- Support daily onsite office operations and administrative tasks
- Welcome and assist applicants, associates, and client visitors
- Help onboard new hires (documentation, orientations, compliance)
- Assist with light recruiting , including:
- Resume screening
- Interview scheduling
- Job posting updates in ATS (Bullhorn)
- Maintain accurate employee records and data in Bullhorn
- Track attendance, timekeeping, and basic reporting
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and client partners
- Ensure compliance with Adecco policies and safety standards
- Administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Interest or experience in recruiting or staffing is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ATS systems (Bullhorn a plus)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
