Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Full Time

Days/Shifts Required : 5 day/40 hour work week. 9:00am-5:30pm EST with Sundays off!

Hourly Pay : Based on experience

Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of retail sales including but not limited to greeting customers, suggestive selling, closing the sale, and helping to maintain an organized showroom.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable with approaching customers and offering assistance
• Strong selling skills and customer service background.
• Ability to retain product information and a passion to continuously learn about our product as well as the home décor industry.
• Proactive in keeping the sales floor organized and easy to shop.
• Assists in assembling and merchandising product.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year retail or sales experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
• Excellent customer service skills
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong ability to multi-task and work on different assignments simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Ability to occasionally lift/push/carry items up to 40lbs.
• Ability to occasionally to use a ladder or stepping stool
