State Farm experience required
Active P&C license required
Salary $45K$70K
100% employer-paid health insurance + HSA contribution
24 weeks paid leave
Annual Christmas bonus
Referrals only no cold calling or lead chasing
40-year State Farm Agent with a large, stable book. Clients are professional, respectful, and referral based. This is a true customer service role , not a sales grind.
Spanish helpful, not required. Life & Health license preferred or must be able to obtain.
