We are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join our team as a Non-Emergency Medical Transporter. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable transportation for patients to and from medical appointments throughout Central Virginia and Augusta County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport patients to and from scheduled medical appointments in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients during transit.
- Maintain accurate trip records and assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and local traffic laws.
Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to reach the company vehicle in Charlottesville.
- Must have a smartphone and access to a computer for scheduling and communication purposes.
- Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude toward patients.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and provide a clean driving history.
Additional Information:
- Hours are flexible between 4:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Pay range from $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
