Job Summary

HSP Direct is seeking a skilled Data Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and implementing data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data integration, ETL processes, data warehousing, and Data Lakehouse curation. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Ashburn, VA. Remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses and other systems.
• Implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across different platforms.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through robust validation and quality checks.
• Create and maintain documentation for data integration processes, including data mappings, transformation rules, and workflows.
• Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, developers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
• Identify and solve data integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to data flow.
• Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the systems and platforms that fuel our ETL processes and integrations.

Qualifications

• Passion for conservative politics and causes.



• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.



• Proficient in ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, SQL, and data modeling.



• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .Net, C#, or T-SQL.



• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Delta Lake architecture.



• Familiar with data warehousing concepts and architecture.



• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.



• Experience with RedPoint, mailing data integration, and donor management is highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in data integration, ETL, or data warehousing



• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Fabric.



• Familiar with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.



• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
