Position Overview

As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives from planning through execution. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team and clients to ensure campaigns are effective, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.

You will also gain valuable on-site experience during live events, helping bring marketing strategies to life in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, tracking, and analyzing active marketing campaigns and programs
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand marketing strategies and promotional initiatives
• Communicate directly with clients to build and maintain strong, positive relationships
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns
• Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution of marketing activations and brand experiences
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and future optimization

Qualifications

• Some college coursework or a Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field a plus)
• Strong ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Interest in brand marketing, experiential marketing, or event marketing is highly desirable
