Senior ERP Consultant - Workday Financials

We are looking for a Senior ERP Consultant – Workday Financials with strong hands-on experience in Workday Financial modules, specifically Account Center. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and testing accounting configurations, workflows, integrations, and reporting within the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary functional and technical advisor, translating complex financial requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Oversee the delivery of functional workstreams, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Advise on best practices for Workday modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Financial Reporting).
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, test scripts, and configuration guides.
  

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience with Workday Account Center

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials
• Experience designing and configuring accounting and expense rules
• Experience building workflows within Workday
• Strong experience in integrations and reporting within Workday
• Ability to support testing and implementation activities
