What You’ll Do

As a Member Support Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our members rely on. You will:

• Be the first point of contact, providing helpful, empathetic support to members.
• Answer questions and guide members through our products and services with confidence and clarity.
• Navigate multiple systems while staying engaged and attentive to members’ needs.
• Support everyday banking activities, including savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs.
• Recommend products and services that genuinely fit members’ goals— no pressure, just great service.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
